We phoned on Saturday and Marcus assured us that he was available to work on a Sunday to fix our faulty air conditioning!  He arrived earlier than scheduled.  He explained and fixed the problem quickly.  He then showed us the mud and debris in the units, so we scheduled a service for Monday.  He was very polite and helpful both day.  The house is cool and the units run much more quietly and efficiently.  We signed up for the yearly maintenance – Autumn furnace, Spring air.  We are very please with the quality, punctuality and friendliness Marcus showed.  We will recommend Timos to all.
